The Titán wood chipper is a powerful tool designed to facilitate and accelerate the chipping process. With exceptional performance and robust construction, this chipper excels at efficiently converting sawmill waste into high-quality chips.
There are two models available: the Titán 700 and Titán 1000. The Titán 700 features a 90 kW motor, a rotor diameter of 700 mm, and an input opening of 630 x 290 mm. It includes two upper and three lower feed rollers, a cutting length of 700 mm, and operates with two fixed and two mobile knives, along with one screen. Its dimensions are 2.45 x 3.00 x 1.25 m, and it weighs 7,000 kg.
The Titán 1000 is equipped with a more powerful 132 kW motor, a rotor diameter of 1,000 mm, and a larger input opening of 930 x 470 mm. This model also features three upper and four lower feed rollers, a cutting length of 1,000 mm, and operates with two fixed and four mobile knives, along with one screen. Its dimensions are 2.70 x 3.60 x 1.50 m, and it weighs 10,500 kg. Both models are constructed using high-strength materials, ensuring durability and continuous operation with minimal maintenance. Safety systems are incorporated, including emergency stops and physical guards to ensure a safe working environment.
